Terms of Service
General Terms:
I, the artist, have the right to refuse my services.
Ill behaviour will not be tolerated and I will refuse my service if necessary.
Feel free to ask for clarification if needed.
The client understands that all commissions are solely digital goods and no physical goods are to be delivered.
Copyright and usage:
All commissions are for personal usage only. Any inquiries about commercialized usage, please contact me to discuss further.
The client is allowed to repost the commissioned work with proper credit.
The client is NOT allowed to alter, sell, or distribute the work I provide.
I have the right to post the finished work on my social media, gallery, and website, unless requested by the client.
The finished work will contain my watermark which the client is NOT allowed to remove.
Pricing and payment:
All prices listed are in USD.
Only payment through Paypal is accepted.
Displayed prices may be subject to change based on the complexity of the commission. The more difficult it is to draw, the longer it will take, which makes it more expensive.
Once I have received all commission details, a preliminary quote will be given to the client. If the commission is agreed on by both parties, an initial down payment will be requested. If the client decides to cancel the commission, they will not receive a refund if I have started on the commission.
Once the work is complete, I will request the remaining pay. The commissioned work will only be shared with the client after I have received all of the payment.
Work Process:
Commissions will be on a “first come-first serve” basis.
This means a commission may take some time (a week to a month+) depending on the complexity and the slots before. If there are any big delays due to personal life circumstances, such as illness or family matters, I will provide an update to clients.
Please do not rush me. I am not willing to do a commission within a set deadline.
Clients can ask me for progress updates and I will update commission statuses on Trello.
Clients can direct and request alterations in the initial sketch I provide. After coloring and finalization, a chance to change small details will be offered for free. Any major changes or further will be charged.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary information when commissioning.
By commissioning me, the client understands and agrees to all of the terms listed above.
